Our mission
ReviewLyft exists to make honest feedback easy to find and easy to trust. Shoppers use it to see what real customers actually experienced before they buy. Businesses use it to understand their customers and respond publicly, good review or bad. Currently home to 0 businesses and 0 reviews — every one of them tied to a real account.
How we keep reviews trustworthy
Every reviewer confirms their email address before their review can appear as fully trusted, and each account can only leave one review per business.
Reviews from accounts created in the last 10 minutes are routed to our moderation queue instead of publishing instantly, which discourages drive-by fake reviews.
No account can post more than 5 reviews in an hour, which keeps any single account from flooding the platform.
Reviews that look copy-pasted or near-identical to another recent review are automatically caught and sent for manual moderation before they publish.
Anyone can flag a review that looks fake, off-topic, or abusive. Flagged reviews go straight to our moderation team for a human decision.
Businesses get a voice too
We don't remove reviews just because a business doesn't like them — but a verified business owner can publicly reply to any review on their profile, and can claim their profile to keep their business details accurate.
